Do I need a consultation first?+
Yes. A consultation is required before clinic treatment. It is a chance to discuss your concern, suitability, possible benefits, risks, aftercare and full costs before deciding.
Should I see my GP about hair loss?+
The NHS recommends speaking to your GP about the cause before attending a commercial hair clinic. Sudden or patchy loss, a painful or inflamed scalp, or hair loss that worries you should be medically assessed.
Is the clinic for women and men?+
Yes. The clinic welcomes both women and men. The treatment conversation is based on your individual concerns and circumstances.
Which treatment should I choose?+
You do not need to decide in advance. The cause of your hair or scalp concern, your health history and suitability should guide the choice. Some concerns need medical advice rather than a cosmetic clinic service.
How quickly will I notice a change?+
Hair changes slowly, responses differ and some people will not benefit. Ask about realistic expectations and review points for your particular treatment. Regrowth is not guaranteed.
What is included in the £895 programme?+
Three PRP and microneedling sessions, weekly high-frequency scalp therapy between PRP treatments, a Morphosis home-care programme, programme products, a personalised plan, aftercare guidance and progress review. Consultation and suitability assessment come first.
Are payment options available?+
The programme information lists a £300 deposit on consultation booking. Ask Becky to confirm the available payment options and the total payable before agreeing to a plan.
When is the clinic open?+
Clinic visits are by appointment. Send an enquiry and Becky will arrange a suitable date and confirm your arrival details.
Why does the diary say Mortimer Hair House?+
The diary is shared across the business and includes salon services. PRP, microneedling and programme enquiries can be arranged directly with Becky if the appointment you need is not shown.
What is the consultation fee?+
Please contact Becky for the current consultation fee and what is included before booking. Becky will confirm the fee before you arrange your visit.
