I began the clinic with my existing hairdressing clients. Over three years, I developed this side of my work before opening it more widely.
That beginning still shapes the way I want people to feel here: able to talk honestly, ask questions and understand their options. You don’t have to arrive with all the answers.
Today, Hair & Scalp Clinic has a dedicated space in Hereford, welcoming people with questions about hair thinning, shedding and scalp care.

Arrange a consultation- Do I need to choose a treatment first?
- No. Start with what you’ve noticed. Your first conversation is a chance to understand the clinic, discuss your concern and ask whether an appointment is appropriate.
- What is useful to bring?
- A note of when the change began, your current routine and any medical advice you have already received can help. Photographs are welcome if you already have them; you do not need to create a record before asking for help.
- Can I check the cost before booking?
- Yes. Ask me to confirm the consultation fee, availability and what the appointment includes. Individual treatment prices and the separate 12-week programme are published on the price page.
